In accordance with the Data Protection Act guidelines, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for this activity up to the value of £10.

It is also the responsibility of the Data Controller to deal with and respond to all enquiries from any national data protection authority or governmental authority.

What Happens If You Have A Complaint About Steljes’ Use Of Your Personal Data?
If you have a complaint about the way that Steljes has used your personal data you should first contact our Data Controller who will be able to assist you. If the Data Controller is unable to resolve the complaint to your complete satisfaction, it will be passed to the Chief Executive. Any discovery of misuse of your personal data by Steljes shall be remedied as soon as is reasonably possible.
