What We Do

Steljes Innovation have access to a dedicated fund that can be used for internal/ external investment and the team operates a number of strategies in parallel to source new products.

  •  1.Discovering innovative concepts or manufactured products from suppliers that require a go-to market strategy and/ or distribution channel.  
     2.Identifying gaps in the market and designing suitable products to meet those needs, for example, the interactive whiteboard Step and Deployable Operations Unit (DOU). 
     3.Collaborating with partners to design, develop and bring to market new products such as the Toshiba Extreme Short Throw Projector (ESP) solution.
     4.Building relationships with companies for large scale propositions, for example, the  recently announced partnership with Vodafone as part of the Anytime Learning offering. 
  • Once a new product or idea is identified it goes through a formal process known internally as a New Product Introduction(NPI).The process is managed by the Innovation Team, with governance from a dedicated NPI Board.
