Reseller Partners can opt for a discount equivalent to the value of the vouchers due to be applied to their purchase price of the SMART Board as an alternative to payment of Capital Bond vouchers. This must be highlighted to Steljes prior to purchase order being issued. No combination of discount equivalent and Capital Bond vouchers available, strictly either discount equivalent or Capital Bond vouchers.

No cash alternatives available and no correspondence will be entered into.

The estimated £250,000 fund of Capital Bond vouchers available may vary in accordance with quantity of purchases made during the promotion period and is dependant upon the expressed preference by Reseller Partners to opt for Capital Bond vouchers over discount equivalent applied to their purchase price of the SMART Board.

The Capital Bond Celebration promotion is available to the reseller partners of Steljes Ltd. located in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isles of.

Steljes will be responsible for paying the Employer’s National Insurance contribution for all Capital Bond vouchers issued. However, by accepting vouchers from this promotion, recipients are assuming responsibility to notify HMRC of any liabilities due and are also agreeing to allow Steljes to publish their details for marketing purposes.

Steljes Ltd reserves the right to reclaim any Capital Bond vouchers received as a result of an order cancellation or product return. Values will be reclaimed by the issuing of an invoice or a credit note reduction.

All Capital Bond vouchers will be delivered to the Head Office business address for the Reseller Partner held on record by Steljes. It is the Reseller Partner’s responsibility to ensure that Steljes holds the correct contact and mailing information on record.
