Steljes unveils SMART growth strategy in corporate markets
Steljes Limited, the technology pioneer, today unveils a new product pipeline from SMART Technologies that will help UK channel partners grow in new markets.
Calgary based SMART has announced three new product platforms specifically targeted at corporate users – SMART Meeting Pro, SMART Hub SE and SMART Hub PE.
The three products combine with single or multiple SMART Board™ interactive whiteboards and SMART Board interactive displays to create connected meeting rooms where dispersed staff can instantly set up a data conference, write in digital ink over any application and save their work, share desktops and notes and participate as if they were in the same room. SMART corporate solutions deliver the power to redefine the way people communicate and work in today’s global economy.

The new products will be showcased at InfoComm in June and will be shipping over the year. They will be at the heart of Steljes’ and SMART’s UK corporate growth strategy that launches in September.

SMART collaboration platforms
SMART Meeting Pro – SMART Meeting Pro software adds advanced whiteboarding and data conferencing to meeting rooms with a dedicated computer and one or more SMART Board interactive whiteboards or displays.
SMART Hub SE – SMART Hub SE is a collaboration appliance that combined with a SMART Board interactive whiteboard or display provides basic whiteboarding and data conferencing without a PC.
SMART Hub PE –SMART Hub PE combines the stability and consistent user experience of a collaboration appliance with the power of SMART Meeting Pro software. Designed to support single and multiple interactive displays in the same room and/or over distance, it features advanced whiteboarding, integrated data conferencing and wireless connectivity.

Recognising that many applications of the technology will fall outside of traditional AV services, Steljes is working to ensure that channel partners will have a complete set of products and resources for the September UK launch. The company is also exploring how new resellers could integrate the SMART collaboration platforms with their existing corporate solutions, including video conferencing, to grow revenue in a new category.
