Steljes awarded SMART Authorised Service Organisation accreditation
Steljes, the innovative technology distributor, today announced that it has been accredited to the SMART Authorised Service Organisation (SASO) programme. SASO honours SMART Technologies’ distributors who have demonstrated that they can provide comprehensive support from initial inquiry, to installation, training, warranty and technical support.
With one of the largest visual and information technology support centres in the UK, Steljes promotes a world class service and support. Its’ ISO certified technical and customer service team is trained to the highest standards and is constantly appraised to ensure it provides a best practice service. The team supports Steljes’ reseller partners and their end customers from installation support, technical and application training right through to enduring warranty and lifecycle support, helping them to maximise their investment in the technologies. The dedicated call centre handles telephone and email enquiries with an impressive record of providing 83% first time call resolution. On-site visits are arranged for more complex technical issues with an average of 94% first time resolution fix. With SASO accreditation, Steljes becomes the only authorised SMART service partner in the UK.

About the SMART Authorised Service Organisation programme
The SMART Authorised Service Organisation (SASO) program is the first SMART programme designed to accredit EMEA distributors to provide comprehensive customer service and support in their region. To date, more than 10 distributors have been SASO accredited, including Steljes Ltd in the UK, Akademi Dis Tic. Ltd.Sti. in Turkey, Image Recording Solutions Sp. z.o.o in Poland, and Vastratech (PTY) Ltd. in South Africa. It is expected that, by the end of November 2009, SASO accredited distributors will be available in all EMEA countries where SMART products are sold including the Netherlands, France, Egypt, Hungary and the Russian Federation.
