The company has recently begun to roll-out a comprehensive training framework which includes industry training from Infocomm, in-depth professionally designed and delivered in-house learning centred on products, technology innovation, product management and sales skills.

This year Steljes also launches the ‘Steljes Management Curriculum’ – a 12 month leadership and management program involving current and potential managers in an individually tailored curriculum.
