Working at Steljes is different, no matter what you do for us. We’re a privately owned company - our shareholders work in the business and we are all passionate about what we do. In Steljes we don’t race from quarter to quarter to satisfy the analyst’s expectations nor do we have aggressive VC fund managers trying to squeeze every last pound out of the business. We run the business for our customers and ourselves.
- That doesn’t mean we sit around drinking coffee all day (although you can get a great cup of cappuccino in our subsidised café). No the difference at Steljes is that we hire the best, encourage people to grow and take risks and then we reward them.
At Steljes we don’t have to drive people – they are already driven.
